I have been working with computer systems for 18 years. During this time, I have developed standard application programs, established and managed large and small company networks, built countless databases, and developed many web sites and many web accessible applications.
In the last few years, I have focused on putting web sites together for small and medium sized businesses, especially when the content presented to the user must dynamically change, such as current schedules or product information.
I've setup secure credit card purchasing systems, created administrative applications used in customer and inventory management, dealt extensively with user interfaces, and established real time web streaming for multi media information.
I am very good at discussing needs and desires in a non technical way. User manuals that I have created are thorough and easy to understand.
